Re: 4, I miss the UK's automatic tax system. I never had to think about taxes while I was there. Though that probably means they stole even more…but somehow, it seems worthwhile to avoid having to deal with it all.
I don't know how you do it but Bug actually looks depressed in that last panel. You are amazing (Yes I know that sentence must be getting redundant but I had to say it!)
I also live in Nottingham where we pay lots of Taxes which appear to dissapear into a deep dark hole somewhere ’cause they sure as sh*t don’t get spent in this city. On the up side because of my job I got to claim for six swords, two sets of chain mail and gym membership this year so not all bad.
Ok, the first panel is just priceless…hah. Great panel as always!
Great strip as always* Agh!
Great Misery reference.
You can list the ferns as dependants if you do enough acid while doing your taxes.
Ferns as dependants XD LOLOL thats great.
Taxes, oh how I hate you. let me count the ways 1. you take away 'my' money.
2. You must be done.
3. You are highly complex.
4. You are not done automatically, and you take 'my' money.
5. You totally aren't fun.
6. Every year?! Really.
7. Ah I found I loophole, too bad the IRS didn't think it was legit.
8. Including a 'cheat sheet' doesn't make you easier.
9. I don't have enough money to pay the guys to do them to save me
money.
10. Seriously, my ferns do depend on me. The cacti are the independents.
*throws note cards* *music plays*

Death, taxes and shipping are all inevitable.
Less talky, more smashy!
I think Misery would have been better if they had used that line.
Love it!
Taxes are taxing me as well, and that's ironic because bugs bug me
Of course Nerd Bug is also a tax accountant! LOL
Love it when Bug conjures up God, those are the funniest panels.
<insert a Black Books reference here>
For some reason, I love the little castle in the third panel.
lol @that first panel. It's funny cause it's true
I am actually from Nottingham, England and I must say that is an exact replica of our castle!
Love the strip.
hi there
i couldn't believe that I didn't close your site for more than a month. the most lasting was 10 days but I didn't and won't close this awesome comics
everyday i check for new ones…
and for this one the Nottingham's sheriff is the coolest
Actually, God does want you to pay your taxes. In Matthew 22:21 Jesus says to pay Caesar. Sorry. Preacher's daughter.
I list my cats as dependents.
'Less talky, more smashy' made red wine shot out of my nose.
Awesome!
You don't have to travel to 15th Century Nottingham, you could come to anywhere in England right now.
Unless you earn loads you don't have any paperwork to do, your employer takes care of it all for you.
I live in Nottingham and I can tell you we pay the same amount of tax as anyone else in this socialist hellhole of a country pays. Namely, A LOT.
I don't know if you meant it, but nice Men in Tights/Blazing Saddles reference.
Ha! I didn't even think about that.

The beginning of the fern joke.
