I almost never have creepy dreams – but I never sing in my dreams either.
Last week I dreamt about having to clear a house of zombies but none of my weapons seemed to work on the last guy.
I remember a distinct feeling of annoyance about that.
/Yes, I did shoot him in the head.
//And I think his name was Brian – go figure.
Cradle of Filth? What is creepy about basic metalheads trying to look dark with overused clichés? The greasy hair waving?
Tool is on a whole different level of weirdness, even musically.
My dreams are ALWAYS weird, sometimes scary, but rarely disturbing. I’m just used to it by now, I guess.
Maybe it’s all the Valerian Root I take to help me get to sleep. I’ve heard it affects your dreams. Huh…now I’m curious.
Omeprazole (Prilosec) causes me to have very vivid, strange dreams. Interestingly enough, I mentioned this fact to my new roommate and she revealed that she’s been having the same kind of dreams recently… come to think of it, ever since she started taking Prilosec. The potential side effects listed do include ‘sleep disturbances’, but I wasn’t counting on ninjas trees chasing me through black seaweed forests while searching for a melting sword.
I think I would welcome creepy right now. All I dream about is work and since the thought of work makes me sick to my stomach (I really need a new job) with anxiety I feel like I am always there. No rest for the weary kind of thing.
Gosh. I had a dream where I was a cop or crime scene investigator of some kind. My diametrically opposed partner wanted to steal the coffee from the diner crime scene and microwave it at his house.

It’s your dyslexia kicking in… his name was BRAIN.
Braaaaaaiiiiiiiiinsssssss…
I lol’d!
I love how “like a video of Tool” is such a perfect synonym of creepy/disturbing.
This man must have never seen Cradle of Filth…

There’s also mastadon’s concept albums.
I’d go with Puscifer this decade
Kudos for the Alice Cooper reference in the title.
Pig-faced dwarves– wasn’t that a Doctor Who episode?
I think the Doctor would be able to stop this, but only if lynch is an alien.

I rarely remember my dreams. Must be a self-defense mechanism of some sort.

I never had Prilosec dreams but, I get nice/odd musicals when I use the nicotine patch.
Imagine ‘Grease’ mixed with ‘Edward Scissorhands’.

So what dream inspired this comic, Adam?
All of them.
Panel two makes me think of Voldo from Soul Caliber.

Everytime I’m in a bathroom in my dreams they’re flooded and full of fog with occasional lily pads floating on the surface of the water.
