Because I had no idea who this Ken Burns was, I think there may be other readers not up to speed on this local celebrity.
Kenneth Lauren “Ken” Burns is an American filmmaker, known for his style of using archival footage and photographs in documentary films.
Yeah, never heard of him. Documentary filmmaker specializing in Americana. Yup, that explains it. Never did understand the in depth navel gazing that Americans is so fond of, yet they never look outside except for pasteurized tourist traps.
What kind of nonsense is this? Every nation has people that make documentaries about its own history (and history is a major area of study!) There is also no shortage of Americans that make documentaries and travelogues about places and events outside the US, which are popular IN THE US, such as Rick Steves, Anthony Bourdain, James Longley, and Mark Jonathan Harris to name a few.
Just noticed that the “Time Gun” looks very much like one of the Plasguns wielded by Sergent Schlock.
Remember – If you’re leaving scorch-marks, you need a bigger gun.

– that which does not kill me, has made a tactical error
– Just because it’s easy for you doesn’t mean it can’t be hard on your clients.

NooberPoof is a bit of a sour sally himself.
