On a more serious note, I only saw this comic on my phone. My PC (firefox) showed the previous comic and wouldn’t let me navigate to today’s comic until I cleared the cache.
If you like REALLY big cardboard forts, check out the trailer to this movie.

Now you must excuse me. I’m off to ebay to get a Tentor. And his mortal enemy Gazebot.
Wow, you had new slacks AND go-bots? Must have been rich. Back in the 40’s and 50’s, we only had sticks for toys. The good thing is, the woods were full of toys. A stick could be a sword, a gun or even a garden implement. If you ever found an old bicycle rim, you used the stick to have a great toy. Oh, well, that was then.
Oh, sticks, such luxury. We had a desert full of sand and scorpions. You couldn’t play with the sand because it was dinner and we had to skin the scorpions for shoes.
I fort it’d be all fart jokes this week.

I loved Gazebot. He was part of the garden party set of robots. Along with Flowerbot and Chaise Lounger.

Most of these comics are relaxed, but this one is in tents.
Where is that rimshot sound effect?
