Baseball is one of the few sports without a clock or fixed playtime. Even without extra innings the game length can vary by hours.
Well there may be exceptions but most baseball stadiums are required to stop selling alcohol by the end of the 7th inning.
Well… they do call themselves “Brewers” so the importance of beer is kinda implied – right?
At a local public auction, they decided to hand out beer to bidders. The results were quite amusing. I’m sure the additional money they brought in from the extra bidding more than covered the cost of the beer…
This means, you can make people do stuff, they wouldn’t do otherwise, by giving them alcohol? Interesting. So many possibilites… *rubsbeard*
