Some days I try a little game where I read this site’s daily cartoon without reading the narrator text — all the while trying to figure out what the cartoon is all about.
After some thought, I’ll go back and re-read the cartoon (this time with the narrator text) and see how close I was.
Some days I’m pretty close. But I have to admit that today was not one of those days. (If you try it out, you’ll see why the explanatory text is a good thing!)
Yeah, sometimes it’s pretty funny how my thoughts follow through.
In this strip for example, in the second panel I thought the cartoon was about rich kids, but I had my doubts by the third panel. And by the fourth panel, I was totally lost.
I’m pretty sure by the time World War 3 would’ve started weapons will get so advanced that they’ll start negotiating their own peace treaties or something.
O … kay. Tentacles and colostomy bags. Sounds like a death metal album waiting to happen.
There might be an anime of it somewhere already…
…and it’s pornographic.
Sounds like a tumblr blog name.
(D) All of the above
Niece Bug gets all the cool stuff … UZI, Mechs with lasers …
well if you believe Einstein ww4 will be fought with sticks.
I’m inclined to agree with him.
“I don’t know what will be the weapon of world war three, but the fourth one will be fought with stones and sticks”
So don’t be so jealous π
Finger lasers go “pew”. Of course.
Radioactive mutant big? Kind… Kind of terrifying. Well done!
Silly Bug, tentacles don’t get colostomy bags! Everyone knows those go on the eye stalks.
for the drainage.
βI know not with what weapons World War III will be fought, but World War IV will be fought with sticks and stones.β

That’s actually a pretty interesting exercise.

There’s an argument that WW3 ended in 1991 when various generals failed to revive the Soviet Union.

Either that or what Zimriel said.
