Since there is no fourth wall as a result of your narrative approach, it is always nice to see a proper fourth-wall violation, such as panel three. Congratulations, sir, that’s actually not easy to do.
I want a poster of just the first panel without the box text so it is just bug holding the flower saying”so many skewerings.” I want that so bad. No context. Just skewerings. Too many of them.
And there is the proof that those comics live a life of their own. Adam is just their “gateway” to come into existence in our universe.
Right now I imagine him being driven out of bed at midnight with a blank stare and drawing like a maniac until the strip is complete. Then he falls asleep again only to wake up in the morning next to a new strip without knowing where it came from… 😀

Thanks!

Must admit, I do love the way your characters are essentially underpaid actors.

Ah, if only I could sleep-draw. That’d be awesome.
Ref. panel 1: many, but not too many. 😉
This comic is the purest explanation of my deep, abiding love for Bug Martini.
Aw, thanks!
Awww, there’s the Bug Martini ending I so love. I got worried for a moment.
Now I want to see the Butt Memo joke…
You got it.
Shouldn’t Bug’s tie in panel two be curled outwards? Or is that a copyrighted thing?
Dilbert doesn’t do that anymore. The company went casual. He wears an ID lanyard now.
…and yes, I still read Dilbert every day. But not until after I’ve read Bug Martini.
Man, I really do hate it when copy machines fall out of the sky and kill me, puts a damper on my whole day.
Next week: Attila the Hun killed by a falling grand piano?
Or, just a pipa; since that’s regional to his …region..
I have to many ‘regions’ in there…
See, I think the very premise of this strip is flawed.
Many times, innocent bugs meet violent ends in the MIDDLE of the strip, too.
But we can all agree that it isn’t a proper Bug Martini strip until something horrible happens.
If no one dies, it didn’t happen.
This got amusingly meta very fast.
Even if this is black and white, I see the shirt of second panel bug as being bright red.
