That’s exactly how I always try to get out of uncomfortable topics.
“Are you done with cleaning the bathroom yet?” “Hey, did you ever wonder if our whole world may be not the reality, but a work of fiction someone wrote?” “That’s not the answer to my question!” “And think about it – IF our world is a work of fiction… who is the protagonist? I would go for me, because it wouldn’t make sense for me to have all the thoughts I have if I was just a minor character, but on the other hand my life isn’t very interesting, so who would keep writing it for 17 years?” “What about the bathroom?” “Aw, now look at our cats… They’re so cute!”
Eventually I run out of topics, so it’s no real solution.
My first read of the last panel was interesting… “well sure I could water your plants, but you’d have to shoot me across the ocean with a cannon, because I’m coming with you.” “oh no you’re not.” and this is what sparked the whole train of thought about shooting from cannons in the first place.
As a person whose left leg is 3″ longer than their right, I can say with a degree of certainty that I most definitely do not fly straight when shot from a cannon…or a trebuchet…or launched from a blanket onto a couch by a group of friends. There are ways around this, but, ya know, sharks.
Is it just your legs or is the rest of your body also asymmetrical? My left leg is longer than my right, and I’ve noticed assymmetry in the rest of my body as well, but I used to think it was just my legs.
I think that could possibly be my favourite final panel of all time…

“Now go save the city, Limpor.” One of my new favourite lines.
Agreed! That should be on a t-shirt.
Now waiting for the Limpor Fun Club…
Panel 2 reminds me of the best line from X-Men: (Logan to Prof. X) So what do they call you, Wheels?
Also gotta, say, I love the fact that Bug’s random comic intro in Panel 1 actually has a conversational conclusion in Panel 4.
Please note that one of those commas decided it wanted to be transferred out of its designated location. It will be reprimanded.
Judging by the results of a Google image search, I’m under the impression that “limpor” is some sort of bread…
Actually is “loaves” in Swedish (source: google translate)
Limpor, hahaha.

Trying to break your normal delivery? Well I like it. Not that I disliked any of the previous ones, this comic is consistently funny.
You’ve got all sorts of weird text in the body of the post.
Thanks for the heads up. Weird. Don’t know where that came from. Got rid of it.
I was born with an extra finger on each hand and have the sickle cell trait. Does that make me eligible for the X-Men?
