Great work as always Adam, hope you’re doing a pros-and-cons thing again with this. Also hope you start using your new joke characters. Huge fan, you make my day, bro!
I’d make secret passages, but I’d make them inconspicuous (not movie inconspicuous, unthinkable inconspicuous), then I’d tell them there are secret passages, but they have to pay if they break anything trying to find one 😛
I’d just get someone to convince them there weren’t any, and move them along before they could find them, then laugh at my deviousness. And go hang out in my secret room when the annoying relatives came by.
I’d make the secret passages really obvious so no one would think it’s a secret passage! Like some wooden door with a big flashing sign that says “Secret Passage!”. (And of course I’d throw in a few candelabras as red herrings)
I suppose the local graffiti artists could be a problem, too… No, wait – if hired properly that could actually be really cool! *vows to make a modern art castle of awesome*
As a teacher, I have to be careful what to say about my students future, no matter how ridiculous it sounds. This comic reminds me of one of the more ridiculous stories I’ve heard.
If you don’t like following random links, here’s the cliff notes:
It was built single-handedly by Moussa Kassem … as a student, Moussa has always dreamed of building such a castle , and used to doodle his dream on pieces of paper in class… his teacher used to make fun of him and tell him “You’ll never accomplish anything”. Moussa’s crush, a Lebanese girl used to say that she wants to marry a guy who owns a palace. So Moussa built the castle …
When I read the first line, I knew this would be a good one… Sure enough, a belly laugh at every panel. You amaze me, sir! How are you so consistently hilarious?
hey u used one of the new charc’s already! kudos! also i cant choose wich panel i love the most! the entire strip is freakin hilarious! great way to start a weekend! thanks adam 😀
This was the first appearance of 90’s bug in the comic outside of the “new characters” strip. No, I will not be doing a 90’s tracker. I’m still working on listing all of the zombies.
Have you ever tried to stick your finger in a pond with koi? They bite it whenever they get the change! I won’t dare to SWIM through that. Maybe if the water was infested with red garras, that would be nice.
Hah! Beautiful. Just be sure to have a good castle repairman.

Simple, make them pull on the candelabras and books. When nothing happens, tell them they need to pay for everything they just broke! XD

Wouldn’t it be just another hallway then? 😛

Kelburn Castle in Scotland had a graffiti project on one side of for exactly this:

O-O That is the level of awesome I was talking about – thanks! ^^
Ha! I love these comics. I come back literally every day to read them. Keep up the great work!
Thanks, man!

Nice.
Not too mention those crusaders coming up to your castle walls clopping two coconut halves together…
Look! It’s Dude-Who-Always-Wears-A-Backwards-Cap-And-Sunglasses Bug!!
😀
It’s Mohammed bug in disguise!
Okay, you’re gonna have to drop the Mohammed thing, dude. Let it go.
Awww. Allright, for you, I’ll stop. My apologies, Adam!
Brilliant as allways.
I´d be terrified of Koi-infested waters. You try to swim through and one of those brushes against your leg or gets into your trouser pants…. eewww!
Panel 3… snappiest comeback ever! You know Bug’s gonna be sleeping by himself tonight after that one.
Personally I’d love a moat full of electric eels…
Could you harness the electricity and save on bills?
How about moray eels? I think they’re cheaper than sharks and idiots will walk into the moat to prove you wrong.
When I read the first line, I knew this would be a good one… Sure enough, a belly laugh at every panel. You amaze me, sir! How are you so consistently hilarious?
Hey, its the first official appearance of “Dude who always wears a Backwards Cap and Sunglasses!” Rad!

SHARKS make a better moat!
The reason no-one wanted to cross moat waters was because castle moats doubled as sewers.
be glad it is SCOOBY, and not the one thatmust not be named. you got lucky. also, koi can be quite dangerous!

What did the dolphin say to the shy fish?
There’s no need to be koi!
Actually, the sewage dumped into the moat, so you’d have to swim past a whole lot of crap to sneak in
