I just go to the same store and buy the same model as the last time. And fume whenever the model is replaced, because I have to waste time browsing for something else.
I fell into the same habit growing up. When all my tfeenage peers were diving into multicolored athletic shoes with crap all over ’em, I just kept finding the same plain brown boots in a larger size year after year. Now as an adult I’m just ordering the same black Navy-issue steel toes every couple years. Super easy. You can’t go wrong with plain and durable.
How do you know that her name is not Honey?
There is already a BooBoo out there and I am not talking about the Young Ursine sidekick to a serial lunch thief either.
Jacques Cousteau is awesome! I used to have his entire oceans of the world book series in hardcover, with the nice 70’s dustjackets. It’s why I got into ocean stuff in the first place, and why I loved Blue Planet when it came out.
That said, I did get those books from my grandparents. There is a tragic lack of Jacques Cousteau stuff to be had out there.

I like how bug is confident enough in his temporary relationship to call her “honey”.

I loved Cousteau! I loved Rod Serling’s narration too. “Come with us as we explore the deep dark vastness of The Undersea World of Jacques Cousteau…”

If offered the chance, would you go for the horseshoe nailed to the foot option?
I did buy cowboy boots when I was single.
I am married and wish I could afford a good pair of cowboy boots.
