I love working at the movie theater. Minimum wage, yes, but the work is easy, I get free popcorn and drinks when I'm working, and free admission at any time. I can even bring a friend! Plus, being staff, I get extra leniency for bringing in outside (cheaper) food. Oh, and staff shows. Seeing movies early is awesome.
The heck you say! How else can you get crisp high-resolution screens with a ridiculous pixel-pitch practically for free (if you buy used or find 'em on the curb)? CRT is still the best.
Movie week! Hooray! Jokes about bad acting, movie rating (rated ARGH me matey), and who could forget (try as you might) the sticky floors that we all hope is just soda having been spilled. It's going to be a grand (how much food at the the theatre costs) week.
Yay! on theme week, I love you how you commented on people loving your zombie theme and managed to toss the zombie in at the end. Even building the strip on three separate themes! Adam, YOU ROCK! mind blowing work!
Third panel reminds me why we don't go to the movies any more, not to mention the $10+ tickets. Or is it more now?
One of the local theaters has some sort of goofy motion-ride seats installed. So couple that with a 3-D movie and you're up to about $18 a ticket.
I guess focussed nonsense won…
lol, I love how he wears the plate armour anyway. Really looking forward to the rest of this week.
That plate armor's hard to get out of, you know!
They tricks us! It's actually zombie week! I wonder if they're watching a preview of the new Thor movie…

So true! There is literally nothing you can get food-wise for a dollar. It costs an arm and a leg to get anything at the theater anymore.
Wait. Weren't those two in the last panel sitting behind me at the Dungeons and Dragons movie?
whait.. The game has a movie?? O__O
Yep, and it's just as [sarcasm_mode]AWESOME[/sarcasm_mode] as you would expect. >_>
Game movies are all like that
and it goes double for table-top game movies.
didn't that movie have tom hanks? or was that something else?
woah. face-melted bug gave me creepy-goosebumps. nice.
I think that's Cthulhu bug?
Awesome! I work at a movie theater so this week should be Bella funny!
Hella* not bella lol
Your typo is bella funny!
I work at the movies here in Portugal and i have to say it really is that over-priced. But i get to watch free movies, and that is cool 🙂
You made that strip just to pun it with 'Movie Knight', didn't you?
Cracer: He probably can't get *out* of the armor, at least now without help.
Corndude101: You're expecting a pretty but vapid week of humor? 😉
You know… there's a thing here on Bug Comic called a Reply button.
DUDE! that's an AWSOME sheild! where can I get one?? =D
Ha! That's one bad movie!
Movies? They still show movies? Didn't they go out with typewriters & CRT monitors??
Thanks for reminding me my CRT sucks

The little bow tie on Concessions Worker Bug in panel #2 is a nice touch.
And I've always wondered what a Bug skull would look like. Now I know.
…Okay, I've never actually wondered what Bug's skull would look like, but I can at least say that I know now.

damn Monty Bugs, they are everywhere!
I'm looking forward to the theme week. I wish I had a suit of armor like that!
If you buy a kid's ticket, it only costs $8.
I just watched ParaNormaN on Netflix, and I can prove panel 4 wrong with firsthand evidence.
