I have far too glorious of a mane to not pay attention what kind of… oh, shampoo? Oh, yeah I don’t care. Heck, I’ll use bar soap or even no soap at all. I can go with plain water, just like Cave Man Jam used to do.
Now CONDITIONER, I need curl hydration for this luscious locks. Otherwise it’s impossible and painful to comb through. I need that wonderful slickness to aid in my post-shower grooming.
I can’t understand men who don’t care about their shampoo. Unless you have almost no hair in which case I guess it doesn’t matter.
I like my hair to be shiny and soft to the touch, and for my hair to be easy to brush. I only have something like 6 to 10 centimetres of hair (wild guess, I’ve never actually mesured them), not a meter-long mane.
I actually just recently cut my hair short for the first time in my life, but up till now I’ve always been a strong proponent of Mane and Tail . It may be made for horses but dammit it says on the label for people too.
Second this notion. I found out you could buy it by the gallon, So i just have a gallon of shampoo. That’s about the extent of my grooming supplies. That and a shavette. Some soap, i suppose if you want to get fancy.
The reason I don’t care much about shampoo is I always keep my hair short. I’ll probably lose it when I get older anyway, just hopefully not from the wrong shampoo!
I’ve used bar soap before, too. But only in a pinch. It’s kind of a drag to get enough melted off the bar to do that job. And then I need a new bar of soap sooner. Or if it’s already on the small side, it then breaks to pieces in my armpit.
Of course one of the big problems is you go to the Great Clips or whatever and grunt & point because you sure as hell can’t remember what it’s called, just that it comes in a faintly purple bottle…
I’m a girl and I think grenade shampoo bottles is the best thing ever. = O There should be a line of nerdy shampoo bottles with different themes: military, sci-fi, monstery, pirate-y, etc…
The only contents bit I care about is if it protects hair dye, just on account of keeping one’s hair crazy colors can be bothersome if you have to re-dye more than once a month.
I have used bar soap and Pine-Sol.
I’ve used only bar soap for at least the past six years.
If that grenade shampoo isn’t real, you need to make it RIGHT NOW and SELL IT TO ME for MONEY.
I agree. And I’m bald.
You can always used it on other hairy parts….
I always lather up my beard, armpits, torso and forearms.
I am a very hairy man.
Do you find certain parts of the back are hard to get to when lathering up.
To the point I don’t try.

I get the same one every time.
Dandruff treating, combined shampoo-conditioner and certified no animal testing.

I’ve used Horse-Glo more than a couple times…

My question is – why would you normally use shampoo on your armpit? Got some arm beards under there?
You don’t wash your armpits with soap? Ew.
Armpit styling gel? 😀
Soap and shampoo are two different things. Shampoo was made for hair, not for body wash.
I think some of us just like our armpit hairs soft instead of annoyingly itchy.
As a lady I must say, Dr Bonner’s peppermint bar works great as shampoo. Just rub that sucker on your head and scrub away. Minty Fresh!
My question: What shampoo do the Duck Dynasty guys use?
My second question is what I want to give for Christmas: Will there be a Bugartini book out in time?
Yep. I say again… If it foams, it’s going on my head.
I’d put beer in my head, rather than on it, and I’m really unsure about what you’d do with a rabid animal.
Then there’s partially treated sewerage.
I must admit, I love you just a little for this comment.
Once accidentally used ferret shampoo on my hair, turned out great! Softest my hair’s ever been

“Ogg want PURPLE STUFF!! UGGGOOO!”
I’ve used Listerine for shampoo once when I ran out of it. It made my hair smell like a dentist’s office.
definitely not color. 🙂
I still stand by “Do I like the smell? ” as a good litmus test.
Will the grenade help with my ‘shrapnel’ problem?
I’ve been flea & tick free for years! 😀
