Yeah, the analogy is awesome and all, but my main thought still is: “Oooh, there was an update!”
Insurance is a lot simpler and a lot less fictional outside of the USA. You’re on your own here.
Go and pull the other leg. Next you’ll tell me that they just give you health insurance instead of making you work for it.
Even as an adult, it still took me a long time (longer than I care to admit) to understand what a “deductible” is. Every time I asked, I got a long answer that was never straight-forward.
