I always liked the idea of having the kids sit at a desperate table. However, I never liked having to be the grown who had to sit at the kids table to watch after them. It was always me, and I was so sick of it.
I agree with you. I’m a bit of a picky eater, and I don’t want to have to go ‘I’ll have the chicken without the lemon, lettuce, soy sauce and the thingumajig’. At least the kid’s menu has stuff I like.
I’ve never eaten in any situations where there were enough children to warrant having them on their own separate table. My family always made the kids hush up and listen to their boring conversations when we ate. (I now get my own back on my mother by getting into extended conversations about video games with my nephew during family dinners)
Haha, I’m 19, and I still sit at the “kid’s” table during family reunions. Admittedly it’s now more of a “young adults plus one kid’s table” but we still get to have more interesting conversations and quite a bit of freedom with food.
Well, Magneto would most definitely win that fight, Gandalf not so much, all he has is a sword and some lvl 2 fire spells, and even tho it doenst show, i assume tie fighters have some form of armor. Luckily Ian McKellen is both, so he can crush the tie fighters with his magnetic powers and then go duel a Sith with his elven sword and strange spells.
<—-19yr. Old kid's table member.
It includes my dad, niece, cousin (both in middle school), my older cousin (about 27) and my younger sister.
There is a little tykes table as well.
It appears niece bug can’t handle her fruit punch, so you’re both lightweights! I mean, really! Passed out on your pork chops, Adam? After just two beers? It IS intervention time!
Wait…are they good beers? Craft beers? Or one of the bud/coors/miller variety?
What are the conditions of the battle, are they on a planet or in space, if in space does Gandalf have a ship or suit or is he kept alive through magic, also how affective is his magic in space?

Gandalf would absolutely win against 10 tie fighters. No Skywalkers were specified, right?
Agreed, tie fighters are cheap tin cans, if Vader was there though, Gandalf would probably die and come back stronger, again, and probably win.

I’m a big fan of the local New Glarus beers we got here in Wisconsin.
*LIKE*
I know this comment is older than heck, but YES! Spotted Cow is awesome!
“I only had one glass of punch, honey.”
“One punch bowl doesn’t equal one glass of punch, dear.”
…sigh.
One of those, I hope:

Now all I can think about is the problem of Gandalf vs. ten TIE fighters…
