yeah, i was thinking about jason todd, too. alfred would be the best job. he mostly can relax while bruce/bats is out doing his thing, knows all about the cool tech, and has been seen to get mad dangerous if needs must be.
But to be the not-in-the-spotlight, secret-support-and-made-of-awesome guy, you have to, like… know stuff. And, get up really early, probably. Thumbsdown.
Stands to reason. Plus guess who get the superhero estate and power of attorney when the big guy croaks. There is always re-allocation of resources when the will gets thru..
(Gotta say, got on to your comic a few days back, and was hooked on to the daily dose, this weekend was hard to handle. Thank you for the daily hit!)
just puttin this out there, it's way safer to be on the bad guys side than batman's side. he spares all his enemies unconditionally, while everyone close to batman tends to die.

Never thought of it this way… Then again I think I'd highly dislike being Robin.
So true…
but doesn't the sidekick get kidnapped all the time?
Yes. He get's to lay back, relax, maybe play a little Sudoku, while the Superhero does all the work.
No thts the girl the superhero likes
Jason Todd got the shit beaten out of him… I rather be alfred.. he's awesome

Adam, your style of humor really reminds me of Demetri Martin. Which is awesome
LOL!!! thats true, and then he still gets half the credit! its always "thanks to Batman and Robin!"
Doctor Deathkill FTW
Roy Harper would like a word with you.
Very true.
One thing: “The super heroes cool gadgets” should be “The super hero’s cool gadgets” (or super heroes’ if we’re talking about multiple heroes).
[pedandry] Shouldn’t “Superheroes cool gadgets” in the third panel have an apostrophe? [/pedantry]
And wow, a typo in my post pointing out a typo. But still, if you’re making a book, it might be a good thing to correct.
Thanks! I’m actually in the process of proofreading the strips for book one and completely missed that one. Good catch!
Wait, wouldn’t doctor deathkill kill death and therefore be a good doctor?
