These guys do a running start which requires quite some effort. If I were you I’d go for something like ski jumping. Vertical stripes still work, no corners you can fatally miss, and you can use your flabby bits as wings. You just have to land the right side up.
Unfortunately, foundation physics advises that the mass you’d add is not going to be any benefit.
In a frictionless world that’s 100% true. It’s probably a good thing they’re not going as fast as they would in the absence of friction.
